Investment Options
Applicants can choose from the following investment options:
€ 200,000 Property

Purchase a real estate property worth at least $200,000

Economic contribution

Make an economic contribution (donation) to the government.

  • $100,000 plus fees for a single applicant.
  • $200,000 for a family of four.

Investment €400,000+

Make a capital investment of at least €400,000 in a company registered in Greece

Other options:
1. Make a €400,000 investment in Greek government bonds.
2. Make a €400,000 investment in bonds or shares of real estate investment companies.
3. Make a €400,000 deposit in a Greek bank.
4. Make an €800,000 investment in corporate or government bonds.

Process
Citizenship is granted for life and there is no requirement to reside in Dominica. Processing time is around 4 months.
To qualify for Dominican citizenship under the real estate investment option, an applicant must buy approved real estate in the country for at least USD $200,000 and maintain ownership for a minimum of three years. If the applicant maintains ownership for five years, they are eligible to re-sell the property under the citizenship by investment program.
However, as an investor, you are required to:
  • Must be over the age of 18.
  • Must be of outstanding character and repute.
  • Must have excellent health and must show that they do not suffer from any contagious diseases.
  • Must make a significant investment in Dominica (see the investment options above).
Important Note: Only certain international agents are authorised to promote the Dominica program. La Vida is approved by the Dominican government to promote the Dominica Citizenship by Investment programme.
Timeline:

1-2 months:

  • Client signs CI Retainer Agreement and pays the retainer invoice
  • File ready for submission. Payment of Government Processing Fees, Due Diligence, Citizenship Application, and Passport Fees.
  • The client pays the Submission invoice of CI Professional Fees.

3 months:
  • Due Diligence results are ready and Citizenship approval is issued.
    • In the case of Donation, the payment of stipulated investment amount is paid directly to the Ministry of Finance and Planning.
    • In the case of Real Estate, the investment is paid to the Government Escrow Account and Government Fees to CI.
  • The client pays the Approval invoice of CI Professional Fees.

4 months: Citizenship Certificates are issued and CI obtains the passports, which are then delivered to the client in their home country.
